About the Role

PlanMyPlot is reshaping how first-time homebuilders in India plan, design, and build their dream homes. As a Business Development Executive, you will be on the front lines — building relationships, driving conversations, and closing deals that turn plot owners into confident homeowners.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on targets, loves the thrill of a closed deal, and wants to grow into a team leader. You will represent PlanMyPlot across inbound and outbound channels, manage the full sales cycle, and eventually help form and lead a sales pod of your own.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from first contact to signed agreement and handoff to the design team
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by leadership
  • Conduct discovery calls, site visits (where applicable), and proposal presentations for residential design packages
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads through referrals, follow-ups, and relationship management
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales to ensure every scheduled meeting is well-prepared and conversion-ready
  • Document all interactions, deal stages, and forecasts accurately in the CRM
  • Provide market feedback to leadership on pricing, objections, and competitive positioning
  • Support the formation and mentoring of junior sales team members as the function scales

What We're Looking For

  • 1–5 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in real estate, construction, architecture, or home services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Hindi)
  • Comfortable with virtual demos, video calls, and in-person client meetings
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections with empathy and clarity
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setup

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling architectural or interior design services
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
  • Existing network in the residential construction ecosystem
