Every great sale at PlanMyPlot starts with a well-qualified conversation. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you are the first human touchpoint for incoming leads — filtering intent, building rapport, and setting up BDEs for success.
This role is ideal for ambitious graduates or early-career professionals who want to break into sales with clear KPIs, structured training, and a direct path to a Business Development role.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound leads across website forms, WhatsApp, phone, and social channels within SLA timelines
- Pre-qualify prospects on plot ownership, budget range, timeline, and design requirements
- Schedule and confirm discovery meetings between qualified leads and the BDE team
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and disposition notes in the CRM
- Send pre-meeting materials and reminders to ensure high show-up rates
- Re-engage cold or dormant leads through structured follow-up sequences
- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs for qualified meetings scheduled and show-up ratio
- Escalate high-intent or complex leads to senior sales leadership promptly
What We're Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer support, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication welcome)
- Clear, confident spoken English; additional Indian languages are a strong plus
- Ability to listen actively and ask the right qualifying questions
- Basic comfort with Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business
- High energy, punctuality, and resilience in a target-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Background or interest in real estate, architecture, or construction
- Experience with inbound lead handling on digital platforms
