About the Role
Closing a sale is just the beginning. Customer Success Coordinators at PlanMyPlot ensure that every client feels supported, informed, and confident from the moment they sign up until their final drawing set is delivered.
You will be the operational bridge between sales, design, and the client — keeping projects on track, resolving concerns quickly, and turning satisfied homeowners into advocates.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new clients with a clear walkthrough of the design process, timelines, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their project lifecycle
- Coordinate meeting schedules between clients and the design team; send reminders and follow-ups
- Track project milestones and proactively flag delays or blockers to internal teams
- Collect client feedback, NPS inputs, and testimonials after project completion
- Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and status updates in internal tools
- Handle client queries on revisions, timelines, and deliverable formats with empathy and clarity
- Support the team in gathering referrals and case study material from happy clients
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, or account coordination
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional Indian languages are a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Calm, patient communication style — comfortable handling anxious or detail-focused clients
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and project tracking spreadsheets
- Genuine interest in homebuilding, design, or the real estate ecosystem
Nice to Have
- Experience in architecture, construction, or proptech client servicing
- Familiarity with WhatsApp-based client communication workflows
