About the Role
PlanMyPlot has a story worth telling — real plots transformed into dream homes, design decisions demystified, and first-time builders guided with care. We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator who can bring that story to life across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and beyond.
You will plan content calendars, create engaging posts and reels, and grow a community of homeowners, architects, and plot owners who trust PlanMyPlot as their design partner.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaign priorities
- Create short-form video (Reels, Shorts), carousel posts, and static content for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Write captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive engagement, website visits, and lead generation
- Coordinate with the design team to source project visuals, before/after content, and process BTS footage
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; route qualified leads to the Pre-Sales team
- Track performance metrics — reach, engagement, follower growth, and content-to-lead conversion
- Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor content strategies
- Support paid social campaigns with creative assets and A/B test variations when needed
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or personal creator account with measurable growth
- Strong portfolio of content created — Reels, posts, or campaigns (architecture, real estate, or lifestyle niches preferred)
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing tools
- Excellent copywriting skills in English; ability to simplify technical design concepts for a lay audience
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn best practices for B2C brands in India
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate, architecture, interior design, or construction marketing
- Basic photography or on-site shooting skills for project documentation
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or YouTube Analytics
